About Us

Better Hearing At Home understands the challenge of selecting a hearing health care provider and, if necessary, choosing appropriate amplification. This can be a confusing journey, filled with twists and turns that often leave the individual and loved ones feeling frustrated and unsatisfied.

What sets Dr. Reap apart from her competition is that she comes from a medical perspective. She carefully considers causes for symptoms such as tinnitus (ringing in the ears) and noise induced hearing loss to provide optimal long term solutions. A retail store “technician” or a hearing aid “dealer” is not able to provide the same level of quality care.

From Day One, our Better Hearing at Home team will educate and inform the patient and their family every step of the way, building a relationship of trust, respect and confidence.
